Smeal Manufacturing Company is a pioneer in the production of water well servicing equipment.  Donald Smeal, founder and chief engineer at Smeal Manufacturing, designed and built his first water well pump hoist in 1962.  Since then the name Smeal has came to be on over 8,000 water well service rigs used throughout the United States and in 35 foreign countries.  Smeal products are recognized worldwide for excellent engineering and quality workmanship.  Currently, twelve different models of water well service rigs are available as well as the Smeal Dehy box and the complete line of Smeal feed bodies.  Incidentally, the first Smeal pump hoist is still on the job providing dependable service with sound construction.

We now use PPG paint products for a higher quality finish and improved durability.
